GrizsDad
Hi all, My wife and I just adopted out first retired racer, a 4 year old boy named Grizwald a few days ago. He's a very timid guy, spending most of his time nestled in his crate. He's joining our 8 year old Boston Terrier, Pepper who rules the house. Hopefully she can instil some confidence in him over time. Here's a pic of him: https://photos.app.goo.gl/VAdcyq26yUYKG9EdA

HeyRunDog
Welcome Grizwald. Looks like you've made it. Comfy safe bed, food and warmth, what more do you need? Time, patience and humour on your part is the best thing for him. Kestrel
What a cutie! But then, I'm partial to brindles since my first two were brindles. I bet some of the timidness will ebb away over time as he settles in and feels more at home. Congrats to all of you! EllenEveBaz
Welcome to Grizwald and his family! Great name, and handsome dog. I've never had a very shy dog, but I bet you'll get to see Grizwald blossom over the next six months. Does he like going for walks? That's a good bonding experience.
