Then I add their names, with their Spanish middle names---Evangelina, mi pequeña Corazon (heart), Esquiva, mi pequeña Milagra (miracle), and Laila, mi pequeña Mariposa (butterfly). And sometimes Laila won't sit until we say Sientaté! But I also say, There's no whining in Galgos! There was also No whining in Greyhounds! Love this Quote Old Dogs are the Best Dogs. "Oh, what a sweet little facey facey..." I don't think they realized. ETA: Also, "make better life choices" can be heard frequently at our house. I think I'm going to have to learn how to pronounce some of those Spanish phrases for Kibo. He's only been in Canada for 2 months...
