I used the Outward Hound pupboost lift harness for Reba. It is just a padded sling with handles, but you can fasten it on top with a Velcro closure to keep it on. It is only around $10 on Amazon and Chewy. I bought an extra to keep in the car. Great to hear that your girl is doing well.

I got this one for my front amputee. I love that it rests over the front shoulders rather than the middle of the dog. This allows you to help carry the weight of the front so you can help with the hopping. The only thing that I don't love is that I wish the strap that goes around chest was covered with sherpa to make it more comfy.

I had a couple of harnesses, some that said they were perfect for dogs with front leg amps. None of them worked very well for Bowie and would just slide around the front of her chest no matter how I adjusted it. She would rather walk with a collar, so that's what she has been using ever since.

The ruffwear harness is really better when you have a right front leg amp. They really need to place buckles on both sides. It was really hard to place it on and off on my left front amp dog. On the positive side they do make a wide breastplate that is used with the harness-really does prevent alleviate the pressure off of the belly strap.

I used the Ruffwear harness for my left leg amp girl, but a friend modified it to add a buckle on the chest strap so it could be put on without stepping into it. A shoemaker could probably do this for you if you provided the hardware - no idea where to get it but if you started a separate thread to ensure maximum viewing of the question, you might get suggestions.

Your Beka is beautiful, I hope she does well through chemo and beyond.

Edited for spelling.
