Guest Prinnie Posted October 11, 2018 Share Posted October 11, 2018 I am so heartbroken I don't know what to do. Yesterday my son came home from school and let our beautiful Arteria outside. She was running around and enjoying the cool day. My son said he heard her "scream" and ran outside and she was lying on the ground not moving. He called me and thankfully I was just pulling into the driveway. I ran outside and saw her lying there with her chest in a spasm. Her eyes were already fixed and she was completely unresponsive. My poor baby died in my arms. We had just adopted her in December of 2017 and she was only 2 years old. She had been perfectly healthy with no indication of any problems. I lost my sweet girl Windy suddenly like that when she was young and I'd only had her for 16 months. It's never easy to lose a beloved pet but so suddenly like that makes it even harder.
