Just couldn't do it He was 12 years, 8 months when we sent him off on his final journey, taking a chunk of my heart with him. Today my boy would have turned 13. I miss him so very much and tears are flowing as I type. Nixon was the best of the best and gave so much joy to so many. He was certified as a St John Ambulance TD in April 2011 and aced the very difficult 'test with children' in May 2012. Between 'our' long term care home, reading with 'our' third graders and de-stressing high school, college and university students Nixon made 249 TD visits.
