PrairieProf
Proviable-DC. My vet used to recommend Fortiflora but switched over to Proviable years ago, says it's superior. seeh2o
I tried Fortiflora when Bowie had her months long bought with diarrhea, I was not impressed. My vet suggested Hyperbiotics PRO-15 Probiotic. You can get it on Amazon. Worked very well and was well tolerated. greysmom
We use NutraVet Digestive Enzymes with good results. Also from Amazon. Florti Flora is the standard, but it's pretty expensive compared to other probiotics available. racindog
Primal Defense. Recommended by my holistic vet. Used them for years for me and my dogs. Good stuff. They contain HMO agent probiotics which is their way of saying it is ones that are based on the kind that comes from the ground or something-other brands don't have that. Anyway, they work greyt Some dogs would actually eat them out of my hand so I figured they must have known it was good. Other dogs I have to pill with it. I give 1/2 pill BID when I feel they need it and every now and then even if they don't present issues that suggest it. Works good on helping fix diarrhea too. Also feed yogurt 5 days a week. Since I've done that it is very rare to ever have diarrhea present. Edited December 21, 2016 by racindog
