I should hear back by noon. FYI, the fecal sample was from the end of her pooping session and was a formed soft one. The opposite of how normal greyhound poops usually work. Large bowel issue? seeh2o Posted March 22, 2016 Author Share Posted March 22, 2016 I spoke too soon, naturally, we're back to puddles. Fecal was clear and no blood in the pudding. I'd forgotten about Diagel, we used it when we went to another vet (my vet is closed over the weekend) when Bowie got into something and was a for legged fountain last year. It stopped it almost immediately. I'm having some shipped from Amazon. When I called that vet's office and asked if I could stop by and buy some, they told me no, that it needed a prescription. I was sooooo frustrated, and told them so. It can be purchased on Amazon and any number of websites, it doesn't need a prescription. That just sent me into orbit. At least she is maintaining her weight.
