I thought I heard a familiar noise, an "Umph", coming from that same spot. PUdge used to nudge my mattress and "Umph" until I reached my hand over and touched her head. PUdge came back to visit me last night. She used to sleep right where my feet hit the floor rather than 12 inches further away on her bed.
