seeh2o
Sadly, my friend's greyhound has been diagnosed with lymphosarcoma. She received her first chemo treatment this week. Does anyone know if OSU provides the chemo for lymphoma for free for retried racers? I know they do for those who have osteosarcoma and an amputation. Thanks in advance. 4My2Greys
I requested it for Beanie when she had lymphosarcoma and I was told they only provided it for osteosarcoma cases. Then ...just a short time later another GT'er got it for their greyhound who had lymphoma.

MP_the4pack
Why not go straight to the horse's mouth and ask Dr. Couto?
tbhounds
Give Dr Iazbik a call and ask http://vet.osu.edu/vmc/contact-us-
seeh2o
I didn't consider emailing Dr Couto as he is no longer associated with OSU. Thanks, TBHounds, I'll call on Monday. lukasmom
Dr Couto has a greyhound consulting clinic, I think he works out of two different clinics. Google him and you can find out what he can do for the hound.
MP_the4pack
Dr Couto has started a new greyhound wellness called greyhound health initiative. I think I got the name right. Dr Couto spoke about it at GIG last year.
greysmom
The link to Dr Couto's new clinic is in the first post of the current Osteo thread. I'm not even sure OSU is providing free chemo anymore. The program has mostly been mothballed. It can't hurt to ask though.
