Guest Kryspen
I wish before I started on this path someone had warned me that greyhounds are addictive (Greyhound Keepers Anonymous, anyone?). We adopted Mac at the beginning of November. We'd barely got him settled in when my other half was talking about having another one. Mac had to go into kennels while we attended our nephew's wedding. We'd had a greyhound-specialist kennels recommended to us so we took him there. They also rehome and foster greyhounds. When we collected him they told us that they wanted to have all their dogs fostered over Christmas, and would we have one? We debated, and then I took Mac back to meet the bitch they were suggesting we have. She was called 'Marilyn'. The two of them seemed to get on well so we agreed. Collected Marilyn last Sunday. She and Mac are settling down together, but she's quite a handful. The boss has already decided we're going to adopt her and renamed her "Fifi". Still waiting to learn how to post a picture. Cheers and happy Christmas. David

lukasmom
Greyhounds are seriously addictive. They are so easy to keep that it is hard to say no to a second or third or fourth....... I have two but wished I could afford one more. Maybe someday. Welcome to the Greytalk family! Jan, Luka and Carter
EllenEveBaz
Love it -- a greyhound named Fifi. Much more fitting than Marilyn. Congreytulations to you and Mac!
