Guest wannagrey Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 (edited) Our sofa is empty. Our dear BF Blue passed away Monday, November 10, 2014. Blue came to us almost three years ago and he made us laugh every day. He was a retired racer turned into a professional roacher. Blue had the most easy going and gentle spirit. He was my husband's constant supervisor especially when it came to dishing out food. It has been quiet in the house and so sad to watch our other dogs look for him. Everyone who met Blue loved him, from his fluffy coat to his tail that was so long it touched the ground. Forever in our hearts! (I would also like to add that Blue is the first pet I have ever lost, since I was never allowed to have a pet growing up and didn't get my first dog until I was 40. I have so much respect for all of you, especially those of you who take in so many elderly dogs. I guess your heart grows bigger with each dog who calls you his own, so there is enough heart left when they travel across the bridge.)
