September
So today I woke up and happened to look at my oldest dachshund, Buddy and noticed something was wrongwith his eye. I managed to get a Saturday appointment and took him in. The vet couldn't find a scratch. He gave him a doggy neosporin. I'm glad it wasn't super serious! Did anyone have a similar situation with an eye injury? I'm racking my brain trying to figure out it happened. PatricksMom
He could have an infection, not an injury. I'd be back for oral antibiotics if it doesn't clear up quickly with the topical. September
Buddy seems to be officially on the mend. His eye is back to normal and yesterday was the last day of his medicine. I'm glad I didn't wait to go to the vet- it seemed like the next day he was already doing much better.
