And the correct dosage. I emailed Allivet a couple of days ago and they have not gotten back to me. These are the choices.... Drontal Plus is available as 22.7mg scored chewable tablets for small dogs (2-25 lbs), 68mg scored chewable tablets for medium dogs (26-60 lbs), and 136mg scored chewable tablets for large dogs (45 lbs and over). Their page indicates that a prescription is required. Our vet prescribed it once when I saw a confirmed worm in a stool, and one dose knocked it out. It's good stuff, but not cheap. I've ordered 'prescription' stuff from Allivet for my horses and they don't seem to need one to ship up here. Guess I'll see what happens...I can also order from Australia.
