Peppersdad Posted June 9, 2014 Share Posted June 9, 2014 Hi all just a quick update on pepper, he has been doing quite well of late , but this weekend he seems to have gone downhill, still got good appetite but very lethargic and generally off the pace ,could be the heat and humidity, however we will see the vets tomorrow to see what they say, your kind thoughts and prayers will be much appreciated. Peppersdad Posted June 10, 2014 Author Share Posted June 10, 2014 Hi all thank you for your kind prayers and thoughts . we took pepper to the vets this evening and after a long chat we decided the best way forward for pepper is for him to be on prednicare for the time. being we decide against chemo as it would mean leaving pep at the vets for half hour sessions a few times a week and that would raise his stress levels so we take one day at a time and give him lots of love and treats, on the plus side he does seem a little brighter today. Glad to hear he's feeling a little brighter, perhaps it's because it has been less sticky out. One thing I did wonder was whether he got a bit freaked by the noises coming from across the channel from the D-Day commemorations? Johnny was not impressed by them when we went up to the East hill to see the flypast.
