It's not a guarantee, but helps them see there is a barrier there. cello Posted November 8, 2013 Share Posted November 8, 2013 One thing that I now do, is I keep a very tall wooden baby gate just outside the slider that we use to come in and out of the yard. Whenever we go out, I slide it in front of the door as a more evident visual reminder to the hounds. Hoping that Robin is just busy today and iker is alright. No ill effects and he isn't afraid to go outside, which I thought might happen. I took Pam's advice and put some ugly Christmas clings on the door next to the stickies that were already there. I was worried because I'll never forget when a Gter's dog (Meredith in St. Louis?) ran into. A.
