I was wondering how many of you avoid buying comercial dog food, and make your beauties meals yourself??

 

Can you share your wisdom and recipie and what you've learned along the way??

 

AND

 

for those of you with older darlings, do any of you give Yucca Powder in their meals to help with their joints and such??

I have decided to stop feeding kibble and go to home cooked meals. A good book to start with to help make sure your dog gets all the nutrients he needs is " Dinner Pawsible". You can download it to Nook or Kindle pretty cheap. It is a great starter book to homecooking and once you become more knowledgeable and comfortable, there are several other good books out there to check out.
