Jeff
I installed a forum update this morning. To avoid problems, you should all clear your local computer cache of saved files from Greytalk to ensure you have the newest and compatible files. First. Clear your cache by following the directions for your specific browser here http://tinyurl.com/56xpm2 (Do this for each browser you use) Second, close that browser and reopen it. (you should do this for all your devices, computers, phones, tablets, fembots, etc) Third, enjoy.
Guest Liz_in_PA
In off topic, where it says "everything not greyhound related...", greyhound is underlined. When I pause over it, I am presented with a popup offering to show me how to get an iPod. Is this what you see? I'm in FF and have cleared my cache. Guest Liz_in_PA
also I found another instance in this thread http://forum.greytalk.com/index.php/topic/297231-my-greys-ear-was-torn/ in post 2. Greyhound is underlined. When I pause over it, I get some dumb popup.I'll have DH check my computer for cooties.
Jeff
yeah, sounds like you have some adware/malware/spyware on your system. Use the FREE version of this to clean it up http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Guest Liz_in_PA
We ran Malware earlier and removed several things. It seems to be something specific for FF, not IE and shows on another forum. So not a GT issue. More cootie cleaning for tonight. Thanks.
