Guest badderh Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 My first boy was fostered before we got him for about 8-10 months. I think he adapted well to us, but the one thing we did struggle with was him having SA when we came to live with us. His previous foster home had at least 10 greys and I feel that going from a home with 10 greys to being an only dog really gave him anxiety. 6 months down the road we ended up fostering our 2nd boy to see if it would be a cure to our 1st one's SA and sure enough his SA issues went away almost immediately. Besides that I feel that he adjusted fine in every other aspect. The only struggle he had was that he was lonely at first. <3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
