Guest Jengrey1
Here is a pic of my girl the day she came home from the vet, 5 days post amputation surgery. She is very beautiful and she has amazed me everyday since her surgery. She can already do everything she did before surgery from getting into the car and running. silverfish
She IS beautiful! Dogs are amazing, aren't they? They just get on with life, instead of moping around wondering what happened! Well, they do that for a day or so while they adjust, perhaps, but then it's business as usual. Charlies_Dad
She is a beauty! I hope Socks continues to heal well and she will keep surprising you what she can do. I found our angel Charlie actually became more happy and crazy once he became a tripod. There was nothing that could not stop him. Please keep us updated on her progress as we love tripods! My blog about grief The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not get over the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same.
