Guest DeniseL
I had one of these moments today and was reminded of this thread.... I leaned down to pick up Zoe's poop on our walk, and there I saw the most HUMONGOUS tapeworm I've ever seen!! ... Then I realized it was a rubber band she'd eaten. Haha this made me laugh. When we took miami back to the vets to have them check his laser surgery holes, we had with us a bag of poop containing a tape worm....after careful examination, the vet informed us it was tape, alright....tape off of one of the bandages I had put on his foot after cleaning it LOL. He ate the whole thing, gauze and tape...guess the gauze was digested....how embarrassing!
Guest ladyhound
I feel a little better about some of my stoopid human stories now. I took Luna for an emergency vet visit in a total panic back in early 2004. I was a new greyhound owner and I was positive she was having an asthma attack. I was pretty sure they were gonna have to intubate her as soon as I got there. Yeah, that's how I learned about reverse sneezes.
