JohnF
Old news but you can bet it still goes on one way or another. Same with food recalls like the one Iams had in 2007 (melamime in wet food), they had to point out that their dry food was not affected. Now big firms are automatically assumed to be bad whereas smaller ones using healthy-sounding ingredients are not. Can any of us trust the labels? 'Grass fed Lamb?' now what's that really... how much grass did it eat, was it heavily fertilized grass, what hormones and growth promoters did it get given, what proportion of muscle flesh is in there etc. People have such faith in what's printed on labels and so little faith in the numbers of dogs that thrive on cheaper foods. JAJ2010
I'm so glad I'm not worrying about kibble anymore. I feel relief at every recall that I hear about Quote ------ Jessica
