krissn333
My pretty puppy girl is acting normal again! After what we went through with the muscle issues and then another surgery to remove another possibly cancerous tumor on her belly, she is her happy, waggy, playful self again She has been grabbing toys and trying to take them outside, and she's playing with Pinky in the yard. She's been running and prancing around, and hopping into bed and onto the couches again I am beginning to wonder if that tumor on her belly made it feel weird for her to jump up onto things, because ever since it was removed it's like a switch has been flipped. She still has her stitches for another week, but she's doing well with them...she really doesn't notice them at all. She and Fritz turn 11 on Super Bowl Sunday I know that I will someday have to come to terms with them getting older, but I am so happy that Ace is back to her puppy girl self. The two of them certainly don't act like they're 11, and they still have big thigh muscles and tear up the yard flying around...so for now I will just be the proud momma of two 11 year old puppies **Extra Update 2-3-12** We got the pathology back on the additional tumors that Ace had removed - the one from her belly is BENIGN! This is great news as I was really worried that those spindle cell sarcomas were just invading the left side of her body...this isn't the case!
