winnie
I felt compelled to reach out to Faye Oops former family earlier this week to let them know she had crossed the Rainbow Bridge on December 1. Faye Oops was a bounce that had become part of our family during Memorial Day weekend 2010. Although we never met or had any contact with her former family, we could tell that she had been loved and was well cared for. Faye Oops had been with them for seven years. Contacting them seemed to be the right thing to do for Faye Oops. I received a very moving e-mail yesterday from them. Today, I received a link to a video tribute they made of her. Faye Oops was a very special and much loved greyhound. TwiggysMom
Oh boy, I cried and smiled and laughed through the whole thing. What a wonderful gift all of you have given to each other. I loved seeing her young, nearly all black face. There is certainly no doubt that she was thoroughly loved in both their home and yours.
