Guest lala22
We drove all day yesterday and he did well...even drinking a bit and marking his spot every 2 hours along the way. When we got him from the vet monday he was feeling well enough to travel. But he got his front legs caught under the cage he spent the night in at the vets...he stretched and slid under the front 2 inch opening on the bottom...skinned his leg and it is a bit swollen. So far he is feeling better...now eating a little bit and we are waiting our first poop in days. Hope it comes soon. He ran around the family room excited to be home ...so cute. Wonder how long he needs the diarrhea meds?? We stopped the throw up meds on monday...and the antibiotic we will use up.
mychip1
You must be so relieved to be home with your boy. The fact that he was so excited to be home, makes me wonder even more if the stress of being away (plus the storms) was just too much on him. My Beagle (now at the bridge) was such a homebody that even if we walked to my Mom's house for an hour visit, she couldn't wait to get home! Keeping fingers crossed for a good healthy poo!!! Quote Robin, EZ (Tribal Track), JJ (What a Story), Dustin (E's Full House) and our beautiful Jack (Mana Black Jack) and Lily (Chip's Little Miss Lily) both at the BridgeThe WFUBCC honors our beautiful friends at the bridge. Godspeed sweet angels.
