Guest zombrie Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 Doolin has had the big D since we brought him home on 11/11/10. We changed his food and it's not as awful as it was before, but still a cow patty (he was treated for tape worms and his stool has been tested twice for worms, salmonella, e. coli, etc and everything came out neg.). Mira goes outside and eats it. Every time he poops we try to pick it up, but Mira will actually stand by him and wait for him to go, and with all the leaves sometimes we just miss it. I tried muzzling her but she still goes after it. Where can I buy a stool guard? Quote
Laurenbiz Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 Yay! Glad to hear. Your photo made me snicker. Before we settled on the breed of the Greyhound during our dog adoption brainstorming sessions that lasted more than a year...we also considered Goldens and Shepherds. Apparently, we were interested in breeds that started with the letter 'G' - Greyhounds, Golden Retrievers, and German Shepherds. No offense against your non-Greys, but after we met some Greys at the rescue group's booth at a dog festival back in June 2010, we easily scratched the other breeds off our list So, I saw your picture and it made me chuckle Quote Lauren the Human, along with Justin the Human, Kay the Cat and Bernie the Greyhound! I never realized my dogs' breeds all start with G! The Greyhounds are definitely the easiest, most loving and grateful dogs. We started out with the GSD and then the Golden, and later the greys. We will never have a GSD again just because of the health issues they come with (she'll be 7 in January and she is already incredibly crippled). Our Golden is an AWESOME dog. You can do anything to him and he just doesn't care. Such a good boy. We'll most likely always have one Golden and several Greys Quote
