What absolutely horrid people! Poor cat... my reaction was stupid cat too, until you explained further. Still.. it remains a danger to both the cat and your dogs.. the kittens are going to start wandering... probably into your yard. I really hope there's someone you can talk to about removing them. In the meantime, with my cat bite still healing and still hurting...I'm sending a TON of white light and healing energy to poor, sweet Larry!
