We had used this field for almost 3 years with no accidents for all breeds. There were trees there and we put up that orange flexible fencing to hopefully keep the dogs on the path but she jumped the fence and hit a large tree head on trying to cut the corner. It was a freak accident. I will not tell you one way or the other whether it is something you should do. All I can say is that I was not there because I worry so much that I could never watch her.
