Jeff Posted April 9, 2010 Share Posted April 9, 2010 Since we will be traveling across the continent for the next 2 weeks, from this point forward, answering support tickets may come slowly. We hope to have net access at night when we pull in, if not, they will wait until we do have access. Also, if your ticket requires Admin Access for us to correct, we'll need to wait until we have a secure connection. We don't log in to the admin area on public WiFi systems to protect everyone.
