Tickets And Tech Support On Hold

Since we will be traveling across the continent for the next 2 weeks, from this point forward, answering support tickets may come slowly. We hope to have net access at night when we pull in, if not, they will wait until we do have access. Also, if your ticket requires Admin Access for us to correct, we'll need to wait until we have a secure connection. We don't log in to the admin area on public WiFi systems to protect everyone.

Things like avatars, username/password changes, new accounts, donations, etc all require admin access.

All caught up for the moment.

 

"IF" we close on the new home tomorrow, we are not sure if/when we'll have an internet connection there. I'll call today on the drive down to see when it can be set up. No neighbors close enough to 'borrow' a connection lol
