Pippin Posted February 26, 2010 Share Posted February 26, 2010 Can't find her on GH-Data, so can't tell you her birthdate, but she went to the rainbow bridge yesterday, Feb 24, due to Osteo. She came into our group on 1 Oct 2003, riding in the back of a kennel truck from the Birmingham race track. Within a week, she had a new home, and a new name, Daisy. Daisy was just what her mom needed at the time... a faithful, loving companion who would be there no matter what curveballs life threw at her mom. Except for this last curveball... Daisy can't help with that one, at least not from this side of the bridge. She was a beautiful girl, and this is how I'll always remember her, on her way to her foster home the day she came into our group. We said it looked like she could drive herself there. Godspeed, little girl. Run free now to good health. And send your mama a rainbow or two - her heart is breaking.
