It is unbelievable how much I miss her and how hard this is. I can only describe it as a combination of losing a sinificant other and a child, even though common sense should say "you knew that she couldn't live more than 12-14 years". But common sense be damned, it doesn;t matter. She was such part of me, my soulmate, my heartdog. She was the sweetest dog. Always happy. Loved her zoomies, so much so she would do them on the bed:) and not a bad bone in her body. She only chewed up 4 things in 8 years with me, 2 cell phones a remote control and my step dads hair brush.She wanted me to have Souvenirs. She sent me Dreamer, because she didn't want me or Dreamer to be alone. Thanks from both of us Belle. Dreamer has your heart of gold. Belle had a very good life with you and even though we are supposed to know they live shorter lives than us, the pain of losing them can still be horrific. She was a beauty.
