HJsM Posted May 31, 2003 Share Posted May 31, 2003 I was reading the copy of Bark I received at the Greyhound Gathering and this caught my eye: "We are dedicating this issue to Captain David M. Brown, one of the astronauts who died in the shuttle Columbia disaster. His love for dogs was noted poignantly in a New York Times obituary, 'Captain David Brown's closest companion was his 14-year old dog, Duggins, who died two days before the shuttle lifted off.' We trust that this American hero and his best friend have been reunited." Maybe I'm a little too sentimental , but I shed a tear or two over this and am reminded how amazing grace is sometimes.
