Guest TaraCoachCougar Posted January 30, 2010 Share Posted January 30, 2010 (edited) Thanks all. Cougar continues to appear comfortable while he is resting and he is certainly doing a lot of that. We did have to carry him back in this morning when his back end gave out down in the snow. I couldn't pick him up out there by myself, but luckily DH was home so we carried him back to our bed (mattress on floor). He has gone out once since then. He struggled, but he made it on his own. I am supporting him with a towel as he goes down the four steps to the yard just in case he needs it. I'm not sure he is going to make a rebound this time. On a good note, he loves snow cream! And although he wasn't interested in kibble or hamburger, he is still eating his yogurt and also Ritz crackers.
