Lump On Muzzle?

A small lump about the size of a pea appeared on my youngest girlie's muzzle (she's 7). She doesn' wear a muzzle so it's not from that. It doesn't hurt her when I touch it. It's really hard to the touch. Doesn't move around. It's like it just appeared out of no where. She is a bit clumsy - always bumping her face on something, but this is right on top of her snout. sorry, I don't have a picture to post right now. Anyone have any ideas or has this ever happened to one of your greys?

Sol had one. I'll search back for pictures. It was just a bump. Like a pimple. It eventually started to bother him and he'd scratch it all the time. I took him in, they removed it, and it was benign. But it was a tiny tumor (don't want to alarm you, it's just what HIS was and it was benign).
