Hubcitypam Posted September 28, 2009 Author Share Posted September 28, 2009 (edited) Nothing went on with Buck as far as I know. They all went to bed about 1 a.m. and the next morning Buck was dead. Everyone keeps saying that is a good way to go, but it would have been so much easier if it had not happened two days after I found I could get him back. Selfish on my part I know. That very afternoon I told Mary in Houston that I just wanted to get in the car and go get him right then, but he needed to stay there a few weeks until we got resettled. just didn't know he was dead as I said those words. The call came about 5 minutes later. Many many thanks to Carolea and her crew for taking him as one of their own and thanks to Russ and Teddy Palmer for helping him on his way.
