I usually start with 10mg (one regular strength) twice a day, about 30 minutes before the main meals. You can give 3 a day; more than that for a greyhound-sized dog, best to consult your vet. Guest Energy11 Posted August 1, 2009 Share Posted August 1, 2009 I use the REGULAR Pepcid AC (generic form) 10 mg, twice a day. IT works GREYT! Curfew is on a lot of meds, so I give him 10 mg, morning, 10 mg, nights. THE cheapest place to get the generic form is at Wal-Mart. Good Luck! We used this with Emmy also. She got 10mg. in the morning and at night, 30 minutes before meals.
