So I read up and it says to induce vomiting if you feed a dog grapes.

She had 2 green ones, I saw her eating it and asked him if he gave them to her and he said yes.

Should we do that or just wait to see if she's ok?

She'll be fine. 2 won't hurt her.

TO ME, two grapes shouldn't be a problem, but I'd watch her.

You can induce vomiting by give a tablespoon or two of Hydrogen Peroxide, as needed to make her vomit, but again, I wouldn't be too worried about just two small green grapes. Good Luck and keep us posted! D

I think she'll be fine :).

I dare say she will be fine. DS has more than once left a bunch of grapes on the coffee table and Spud ( most likely suspect), ate them. He is still around....

2 green grapes aren't going to do any harm. It's a lot of red grapes that are harmful and especially raisins!

Well I knew from general reading that grapes were bad in general for dogs just like chocolate.

but when I saw her eating them I panicked, then saw that we should induce vomiting.

I HATE inducing vomiting in any animal. My cat coughs up enough furballs to make up for any animal vomiting in the house!

Years before I ever knew grapes were toxic to dogs, we'd give our cairn terrier (maybe 15lbs) a few grapes as a treat.

He had no adverse affects.

Two grapes, for a dog as large as a greyhound, should not be a problem. :)

I can't remember when I first heard that grapes were bad for dogs. :dunno One of our earlier greys just loved them, and I would toss them to her as long as she would eat them, and she never had a problem. What is supposed to be the problem with dogs eating them? I'm wiser now though and never give them to my pups.
