Now headed to transport evet to internist. Ultrasound revealed blood in abdomen but no masses on spleen or liver. Now think his trouble is his mystery bleedout similiar to six years ago. Had vit k and plasma last night

3 masses on spleen. Transfering to huntersville for removal. It's not a textbook case of cancer but could be.
