Going To Ohio State For Treatment - Rte 90/71 Thru Ma, Ny, Pa

Dr. Couto, who has been unbelievably amazing, has convinced us to go to OSU to treat Raymond for osteosarcoma.

I'm leaving this Saturday with a friend, traveling Rte 90 through Massachusetts, New York, and PA, then down Rte 71 to Columbus.

 

I'm really worried about how Raymond will do on the trip, both there and back, so am getting together a list of resources for vets along the way, just in case.

 

Can anyone recommend vets along this route, in case I have any trouble?

 

Also, am looking for an affordable place to stay once I'm in Ohio...hoping to stay on or near campus so I can be close by.

 

I do have a list of hotels which I'm researching tonight, but if anyone can give me recommendations, that would be great.

 

If all goes well, his surgery will be on Monday, then 3-4 days of recovery before we head back.
