Scott, the pictures you posted are wonderful - especially that last one with the color on b&w with Hershey and I - well, I just lost it when I saw that. It was absolutely lovely. Tonya, it's so comforting to know a GT member shares Hershey's birthday and will remember him on that day - that's wonderful I wish I could thank you all individually, but that would be a huge post! Just know that these replies meant so much to me - each and every one of them. They help me so much. Today there was a knock on the door. The little girl from across the street was standing there. She's about eight years old. She handed John & I a card she had made. On the front, she had drawn herself with a teardrop falling and "I'm Sorry" written in blue crayon. On the inside she'd drawn a picture of Hershey on the grass - long tail, ears standing up - just like Hershey. The sun and a few clouds were above him. Inside she wrote "I am very sorry.
