Houndmommy03
Holly had diarhea/runny stools Sunday so I fasted her and then went with a bland diet. Normally when this has happened within a day or 2 she is back to normal. As of this morning she still has runny stools. Should I take her to the vet? Continue with the bland diet awhile longer? Thanks! Houndmommy03
Batmom, thanks for the input. Soulsmom, the bland diet has been rice and boiled hamburger. Something happened tonight that has me wondering...... Silver (healthy pup) has been whining and following DH and I all evening. He normally does this at meal times. We are thinking it is possible Holly (sick pup) ate his food while he was checking out her food (they eat in their crates but with the doors open). Based on how he behaved this morning it is possible it happened last night as well. We just didn't put 2 and 2 together until this evening So, I need to take another day and make sure Holly isn't eating Silver's food. Once I am clear that she is only eating her food I will take her to the vet if the "D" continues. Thanks again!
