Doxy allows skin to sunburn easily. Was your IG sun sensitive before the doxy? If so, then, yes, he will have even less ability to stay out in the sun. However, it sounds like you are doing the right thing with the baby sunscreen and limiting his time in the sun. I guess you'll both get to enjoy a lot of evening walks! I would try to stay inside between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. when the sun is most direct.


He's a lucky boy to have a mom who cares so much.

:nod Yep, I'd definitely keep him out of the sun as much as possible. Late afternoon/evening time outside would be best if it's required to be out for more than just some quick potty time.
