There are no words to describe the hole you have left in my heart. I hope you know how much I love you and will miss you. You were a wonderful friend, a talented photographer, a great listener, and an amazing greyhound guardian. I know that Peatie was there at the bridge to greet you, all wiggles and wags and happy to see you again. Please let us know you're okay, my friend. Although I am selfishly sad for the loss of my bestest bud, I am happy that you are no longer in pain, plagued by so many ailments and unfixable discomfort, and that you are whole once again, with Peatie in your arms. I will still visit all the places we planned to go next month - the Botanical Garden, the Butterfly House...and I will look for you in the flowers and listen for you in the breeze. I didn't "know" Trish very well but followed a lot of her posts and she just seemed like such an enthusiastic person, in spite of pain and suffering. Trish, I am really going to miss you; Godspeed.
