TheFullHouse
A lot of times that flaky skin is caused by the heat being on in the house in the winter. The air becomes dry and drys out the skin. Sometimes it will go away in the spring when the heat is turned off. You can add a capsule of fish oil to the food and that will usually take care of the problem. Guest Cris_M
Fish oil, grooming and a damp washcloth wiped all over all help Duncan. I know the damp washcloth thing is weird, but it seems to remove a lot of skin "dust". He looks and feels better afterwards.
Guest lvl0cmr
A spoonful of something oily in the food such as fish oil or peanut butter will help. For immediate results I rub mane n tail conditioner on my girl's belly as a lotion and it will stay smooth for several days.
