My husband and I just adopted our Savannah from GHG in PA. She came home with us earlier this evening, and though she was stressed out in the car, she is calming down and settling in-- right now she is zonked out on the carpet behind my chair. I only have one picture for now, but there will be more to come when she is more settled and I don't feel like I am harassing her too much with the camera. (Luckily, she pretty much ignored the camera altogether, so that is a good sign for my photo plans.) She is our first grey (and our first dog together). Here is Miss Savannah! Guest Pip Posted September 5, 2007 Share Posted September 5, 2007 Nope, not a momma dog, she is a bounce-- she'd lived with a family for 4 years and they returned her due to a move and something like "not enough space." Well, this is fine with me, since we now have a beautiful, well-behaved girl (though now that she is settling in, there have been a few brat moments ), perfectly house trained, no SA, can be left to roam the house when gone and the most she'll get into is her own box of squeakies.
