Guest greyhounder
I know aspirin is out b/c it may make her bleed more, but she seems so tender and I breaks my heart to see her in pain..
Guest greytmonty
What kind of wound does she have and has it been treated ie stitches, antibiotic etc? It kind of depends on the severity of the wound. We give Rimadyl for pain here.
Guest greyhounder
It's just a superficial wound..About the size of a nickel..
feemandvm
Ask your vet if you can have some Rimadyl to keep on hand for use at home on an as needed basis for injuries. Most won't have a problem with it.
