tammystroops
for the last two days, chip has had some....well..."stuff" stuck on two of this paw pads. I am going around behind him cleaning the floor up and his feet. this morning I was wiping his paws again and I noticed that his pads are really rough. also..it looks like some of the pad is "torn" away. is there anything out there that I can use on him to help soften his piggies??? Guest RosiesMom
I've heard that bag balm (used on cow's udders) is great. I use a product by Bert's Bees that has a very thick texture and is designed for people feet - but has no nasty ingredients in it. It works really well - keeps her pads from cracking, and it is kind of like a spa day for Rosie. We get to spend time together close up and I get a very good look at all her tootsies on a regular basis.
