We added another dose of the tramadol, so now he's getting 100 mg at 7:30 am, 50 mg at 3:30 pm and another 100 mg at 11:30 pm along with the deramaxx with the evening dose and it seems to be helping a little bit. He's still not quite back to his old self, but he did play a little bit this morning and gave me a ton of sloppy full face kisses this morning while beating up poor Kamin with his tail, so that was encouraging. We'll see how he does with this for the next couple of days, and possibly increase the 3:30 dose to 100mg if needed and when it quits working, I'll call my vet and she did have one more painkiller to give him.
