Finally got printer ink yesterday, wrote a note and enclosed the checks for me and Mum's yearly support... out in the mail this morning (don't do paypal, sorry). Lots of time on the phone got them to leave it there, up and running. They will loose quite a bit of revenue because of this. That we can help a little, the word of mouth reputation hit, we can not.
