We've had our adopted greyhound, Benson for a full 5 days now and already can't imagine life without him. He was added to a brood of 3 children (Bobby 10, Harry 8 and Riley 2) and one crazy Jack Russell (Max, 4). He's wonderful, and we definitely understand why you can't have just one! We're from the Cleveland area and I actually met a beautiful brindle greyhound named Benson at a meet & greet last month who was looking for a home. He was at the Parmatown PetSmart. They're often at PetSmart, so it must have been him. He's been at the shelter for over 6 months, people kept passing him by. We knew right away he was meant for us!
