We have been talking about him and sharing memories. He was so great with the kids. He loved to be squished in between them on the couch when watching movies. He was such a couch hog too. He was also a good babysitter. When my youngest was about 4-5 yrs. old he choked on a marble from a game we had been playing. I stepped out of the room to fold clothes. Luther was in his crate because I had mopped the kitchen floor. He wasn't even in the same room with Will but he knew something wasn't right. He barked like mad. This is a dog that never barked in the house unless asked too. He got my attention and I was able to get the marble out of Will before something really bad happened. I am going to miss my sweet boy.
